Project renders show the architectural vision; they do not establish the condition or view of every individual unit.
Conditions to verify
Remote completion may be supported by the developer, but the process must be confirmed. Establish how identification, signing, payments and registration will be handled. A passport is a starting document. Identity, address and source-of-funds checks can still be required by the parties involved.
Before you decide
Before transferring funds, verify the developer and project information through Dubai Land Department, review the sale documents and confirm the authorised payment instructions.
